The Daily Show with Jon Stewart is, perhaps, the most important television show ever, with the most important
guests, hosts, and news -- current event news, pop culture news, sports news, entertainment news -- of all time.
The Daily Show with Jon Stewart reflects on the events of the day "Comedy Central style" as the host of this
nightly half-hour news series. Stewart and a team of correspondents look at news, trends, pop culture, current
events, politics, sports and movies with an alternative point of view.
This show is not just another late night comedy or news program. The Daily Show with Jon Stewart won a prestigious
Peabody Award for their 2000 election coverage entitled, "Indecision 2000". They have also won a 2002 Emmy for their writing.
The Daily Show can be seen Monday through Thursday on Comedy Central at 11:00 pm/10:00 pm central.
The show tapes every Monday through Thursday at the Daily Show studios, located at 513 West 54th Street,
New York City. Doors open at 5:45 PM. You must be 18 or over to attend.
